Return & Refund Policy

Youngs Capital School of Investment and Trading (Pvt) Ltd (YCSIT)
Version: 01
Effective Date: 12 January 2026

1. Overview

This Return & Refund Policy governs all payments made for educational, training, certification, mentoring, and research programs offered by Youngs Capital School of Investment and Trading (Pvt) Ltd ("YCSIT", "the Institute"). Due to the nature of educational services, intellectual property delivery, and faculty time allocation, YCSIT follows a strict but fair refund framework. By enrolling in any program or making any payment, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this policy.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:

  • Program Not Commenced: If YCSIT cancels a course, workshop, or certification program before it begins.
  • Duplicate Payment: If a participant is mistakenly charged more than once for the same program.
  • Technical Error: If payment is processed incorrectly due to verified system or gateway malfunction.
  • Administrative Rejection: If YCSIT declines admission after payment due to eligibility or documentation issues.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 working days of the payment date.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds shall not be issued in the following situations:

  • Once classes, mentoring sessions, or online access have commenced.
  • After digital course materials, recordings, or learning platform access has been granted.
  • For missed classes, personal schedule conflicts, or change of mind.
  • For partial attendance or early withdrawal by the participant.
  • For examination or certification fees once assessment processes are initiated.

4. Course Transfer & Deferral

At YCSIT's discretion, a participant may be allowed:

  • To transfer enrollment to a future batch of the same program.
  • To convert paid fees into credit for another YCSIT course.

Such adjustments are subject to availability and administrative approval and do not constitute a cash refund.

5. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed through the original payment method.
  • Processing time may take 7-14 business days depending on banks or payment gateways.
  • Administrative or processing charges may be deducted where applicable.

6. Dispute Resolution

Participants are encouraged to first contact YCSIT Academic Support for resolution before submitting a formal refund request. Many concerns can be resolved through batch adjustment, academic support, or program rescheduling.

7. Exceptional Circumstances

In extraordinary cases such as medical emergencies (with documentation), institutional errors, or force majeure, partial refunds or credits may be approved solely at the discretion of YCSIT management.
