1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the enrollment, participation, and use of all educational, training, mentoring, certification, and research services provided by Youngs Capital School of Investment and Trading (Pvt) Ltd ("YCSIT", "the Institute", "we", "us", "our") to students, trainees, participants, and alumni ("you", "your").

By enrolling in any program, accessing learning material, attending classes (physical or online), or using any platform operated by YCSIT, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility

Enrollment is permitted if you:

Are at least 18 years of age, or have written consent from a parent or legal guardian.
Possess legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
Fulfil the academic, professional, or prerequisite requirements of the selected program.
Agree to comply with YCSIT’s academic integrity, code of conduct, and disciplinary policies.

YCSIT reserves the right to refuse admission, cancel enrollment, or terminate participation if eligibility criteria are not met or if information provided is misleading or false.

3. Academic Conduct & Discipline

Students must:

Maintain professional and respectful behavior with faculty, staff, and fellow students.
Refrain from plagiarism, cheating, impersonation, or misrepresentation.
Follow class attendance, examination, and assessment rules.

Violation may result in warning, suspension, cancellation of certification, or permanent expulsion without refund.

4. Use of Educational Content

All lectures, recordings, notes, research, slides, models, and frameworks are provided strictly for personal learning. You may not:

Copy, record, distribute, sell, or publish YCSIT content.
Use material for commercial training, social media monetization, or resale.

Written permission from YCSIT management is mandatory for any external use.

5. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, curriculum, trading systems, research publications, and digital assets remain the exclusive intellectual property of YCSIT. Unauthorized use may result in legal action under Pakistan’s intellectual property laws.

6. Financial & Investment Disclaimer

All programs are educational only and do not constitute investment advice, brokerage services, or portfolio management.
Financial markets involve risk and no profit, return, or performance is guaranteed.
Past performance examples are for academic illustration only.

7. Fees & Refund Policy

Course fees are payable in advance unless otherwise specified.
Fees are non-refundable once classes commence, except where YCSIT cancels a program.
Certification is granted only upon successful completion of academic and assessment requirements.

8. Limitation of Liability

YCSIT shall not be liable for:

Trading losses or financial decisions made by students.
Technical interruptions, internet failures, or third-party platform issues.

Maximum liability, if any, shall not exceed the tuition fee paid for the relevant program.

9. Suspension & Termination

YCSIT may suspend or terminate enrollment without refund if a participant:

Breaches these Terms or institutional policies.
Engages in unethical, disruptive, or unlawful conduct.
Misuses intellectual property.

10. Amendments

YCSIT may revise these Terms to reflect regulatory, academic, or operational updates. Revised Terms will be communicated through official channels. Continued enrollment implies acceptance.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. All disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.
